ENVS - Environmental Health

ENVS 1010  Intro to Environmental Issues  (3 Credit Hours)  
This course introduces environmental health, focusing on the risks that our surroundings pose to human health. Students will learn to evaluate hazards like toxic chemicals, radiation, and infectious agents, with a focus on ecosystem context. Coursework will involve analyzing case studies and applying principles to real-world environmental health issues.
Academic Level: Undergraduate  

Enrollment is limited to students with a program in Health Sciences or Cont Ed Post Bacc Pre-Health.
