PHM 110  Careers in Pharmacy  (1 Credit Hours)  
This is an introductory course intended to introduce the student to the multiple career paths available upon graduation with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Academic Level: Undergraduate

PHM 120  Success in Pharmacy  (1 Credit Hours)  
This is an introductory course intended to develop skills necessary for pharmacy school. Focus will be placed on an introcution to the field of pharmacy, curricular requirements, professionalism, time management and study strategies, teamwork, managing stress, emotional intelligence, empathy, and communication. The course provides support to students for enabling successful attainment of individual goals, especially as relates to the field of pharmacy.

PHM 130  Pharmacy in the News  (1 Credit Hours)  
This is an introductory course intended to introduce the student to healthcare topics in the news. Focus will be on in-depth exploration of topics and how those changes affect components of the healthcare system, such as patients, caregivers, insurance companies, and healthcare providers. The course aims to develop patterns of thought which stimulate critical thinking via active learning within small group discussions.
