SPC - Speech

SPC 100  Effective Public Speaking  (3 Credit Hours)  
Students practice effective speech techniques and deliveries by speaking on a variety of subjects after correct preparation or in extemporaneous assignments. Activities are designed to promote confidence and ability in expressing oneself before others, formally and informally, in a variety of situations.This course can serve as an elective for the English major and minor as well as for the Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities major. "This course is equivalent to CMM 110: Oral Communication."
